I needed a running car unlocked and called Joe, only place that answered the pgpho even though others said 24 hour service. He sent out Anthony who only took 20 minutes to get to us from call to pull up and was able to get is in the car and gave some advice. Very reasonable price too for late evening service!

Very nice owner! Was willing to go the extra mile to help us in our time of need! Friendly, didn't leave the ride an awkward silence. Being a female and alone with the driver I had no worries at all for my safety!

I waited 8 hrs for a AAA tow to take my truck into Kalispell Ford. Every time they called, they extended the ETA. I finally called Joe's. He was of course in the middle of a tow but told me he'd make it out. In the meantime, AAA called to say the company they assigned wasnt coming, period, because it's snowing. Not only did Joe's make it out, he did it in his (2) wheel drive truck. When he arrived he explained that I could try AAA again and have him assigned as the tow to save an out of pocket payment. I chose to pay Joe's and deal with AAA later. I now know who to call each and every time.
